Co-Op Update for May 28, 2013
Co-op managers seem to have had a little more spare time than usual this Memorial Day weekend, and there’s a pretty wide variety of stuff available. For more details, pricing and links, see the Co-Op Tracker.
Mods and More Mods
There are a lot of mods up for grabs in co-ops and group buys this week. Prices range from $200 for the Malaysian-made Assets hybrid available from Facebook’s Legit Group Buys, all the way down to $19.99 for a Smok E-Pipe from a Reddit-based co-op. Also available this week: The brass Ghost Modder GMS, an American-made GG Stealth clone, the Rainbow Heaven MKB-TS GGTS clone, the SmokTech Natural, the Pinoy Team Hotwire Pistola mechanical mod, and the Philippine-made, Caravela-like El Kapitan from Wu Tang.
If you’re looking for something to attach to the end of one of those mods, it’s a good week for it, with buys running on everything from Boge cartomizers and tanks to the very popular Nimbus dual-coil rebuildable dripper. A few different types of Vivi Nova tanks are available as well, from the brightly-colored BCC Vivi’s available from Bucky’s group, to the tried-and-true clear SmokTech version on Reddit. The RSST genesis atomizer can be found in a couple co-ops this week, as can most of the Youde line, such as the AGA-T2, AGI and IGO-L, among others. Rounding out the offerings this week are the “Phoenix” V6 from the Rebuildable E-Cigs Forum, and Bucky’s offering of Innokin iClears and Kanger ProTanks, which he has available in several colors of tinted glass.
You can never have enough batteries, and the Rebuildable E-Cig Forum has Efest batteries in a range of sizes, as well as the Efest LUC charger. A Legit Group Buys co-op has 1.5 ohm “ready wire,” which can really ease the setup of silica-based mods like the Ithaka and Terminator that use a combination of resistance and no-resistance wire. And, if you need something to put all that stuff in, some rather nice Vape Bags are available at a $15 price tag, though there currently seems to be some confusion in that particular buy over the cost of shipping.
And, in Other News…
Issues with a UK-based group buy of the Artisan Vaping Crown appear to be unresolved. The shipment, which was apparently send in late April, appears not to arrived in the UK, and it’s been almost two weeks since the last update on the buy’s thread. If you happen to find a box full of Crowns lying around, you may want to let them know.
